M6 Junction 41: Catterlen Interchange – A6 Wetheral

Junction 41 of the M6, known as the Catterlen Interchange, is where the M6 meets the A6, for Wetheral / Penrith. The nearest town is Penrith, about 2.5 miles to the south-east. Villages right beside the junction include Newton Reigny and Great Blencow.

Roads that meet at or beside this junction: A6, B5305. The main road at the junction is the A6.

From here, the drive north to junction 42 (Carlisle) is about 12 miles and the drive south to junction 40 (Penrith) is about 2.6 miles. Junction 41 is about 187 miles from the start of the M6 at junction 1 and 24 miles from the end at junction 45.
